Our Mission

Our mission is to provide technical knowledge and skills in delivering the best service possible in Education, Training & Development, Homeland Security planning & development; and Technical Program Development and Certification. The average age of Craftsmen is 60 and non-minority so let’s increase the pie with alternative certification. Texas like most southern states is a right-to-work state and so you do not need union approval. Women make up most of the workforce now and so we need to open non-traditional roles and jobs, so we created Women Impacting the Study and Development of Maintenance (WISDOM).
